I ordered a calendar in early November for a present for Christmas it got delivered on the 30th of December. I was told I would be receiving a refund within 3-5 days. I am yet to receive a refund and now being told by the AI chat bot that I’m not eligible. Absolutely messed about. I’ve email 3 times and can not receive a response which is extremely unprofessional and annoying complete mess about of an app
