Great company to deal with.
I am a customer for years
I use this service every few weeks / months to ensure my photos live on beyond the realm of cloud and hardware. I’ve also gotten some tiles and every order has been within a few days and of superb quality. I don’t normally leave reviews but it’s an app I’d be lost without!
One of the worst SME’s I have ever dealt with.
One do the worst businesses I have ever dealt with. Customer service is a robot. The robot decides when you talk to a human. The human then takes 5 plus days to contact you via email. I ordered prints November 21st for Christmas, and they are still not here on the 29/12/2025. I had to reorder them for free three times. Meaning the prints were printed and sent a total of 4 times. It’s absolutely ridiculous. After doing my own research I discovered hundreds of people were and still are waiting for orders since November. I then ordered firm photo box, Anotehr business. Amazing company, excellent customer services and my photos arrived in 4 days. Not working days, but 4 week days. Stay away from this company.

i couldnt recommend this app more, i've gotten 6x4, like they say, free and top quality. i've also got loads of different sizes. all top quality, if you order gets stolen/gets lost in mail you can always re-order them for free!! i recommend this app for everyone.

don’t bother paying for it to come fast
i paid an extra 1.50 for the photos to come on 4-8 days and it’s been two weeks now and they still aren’t here

Shipping
I ordered photos to go with a christmas present and there was no mention of it not arriving by christmas then i received and email saying its being dispatched on the 14th to arrive by the 27th when i ordered them on the 8th? I expected to be told when it’s arriving sooner i will be now returning the photos.
