amazing!

julesmmss on

i have been using this a little over a month now since i got diagnosed and it’s so helpful with the reminders to keep checking my levels, honestly a life saver!

Rubbish Readings

Sensor fault on

I am a new user to libre3. It has been providing very high readings, more than 20% difference versus BG. Very unreliable sensor and will never use it again. How can you produce faulty sensors that are unreliable and do not meet minimum quality control. Is this how you do business. Shame on you.

Useless app

Klesken on

Users pay for the sensor to have the data. Here you can not see individual readings only the very last reading! You can’t export to Apple health! You pay for the sensor and only get the very last reading and a graph!!!! This is a scam! Shame on the company!

Inferior App

slipree on

Libre 3 sensor is ok. The app is pathetic. Losing signal, alarms unavailable, limited compatibility with smart watches. Apple series 7? I prefer Garmin which I own, unable to see a constant display of my BG on it though.

Please extend Alarms options

Easy heavy on

Can you please add options to repeat alarms every N minutes, if glucose level is out of range? Sometimes you receive alarm, but based on tendency that glucose going to return to normal level you’re skipping to do any action (e.g if you see that glucose >14.9 (configured alarm) and you used some insulin, which you expect to be enough, but it may be not enought and glucose level will still be out of range for another couple of hours without sending any alarm. Apart from this everything is awesome. Especially option to check your reports! Thank you!

Useless app and product

Pranav In on

Just purchased this scrap product, activated for 5 mins and lost connection.

Out of date

Les fowler on

Seriously out of date has not kept up with the times don’t you think it’s about time? We had this on the Apple Watch instead of having to take your phone out of your pocket every time you want to check your glucose you can do this on version two but not on version three time to earn your money, update this app

Reliable and informative. Good app

aa-morgan on

There are a lot of negative reviews which I find surprising. I’ve been using the Libre3 app for 6 weeks now (since being diagnosed with T1DM) and it’s been impressively reliable, offers the core functionality that I need, and provides a lot of data analysis think over apps like Shuggah/xDrip4iOS don’t provide as far as I can tell (not used it though). Yes the UX is a little awkward in places (e.g you can’t open notes in the Daily Graph view, and you can’t zoom/pan/highlight charts) but I think these are nice to haves. It’s a shame you can’t export your data, but then this isn’t required as much because of the good data visuals including the LibreView integration. In conclusion, not perfect but certainly much better than the other reviews indicate

Good but improvements can be made

Gray Gray26 on

This is a very decent app - works well, clean interface and provides a fair amount of information from your data. A few improvements that would take this app to 5 stars though would be to include: * as other have stated, a watch complication. It would be helpful not to have to get my phone every time I want to check my blood sugar * a way to scale how much of the graph you can see at once. You already have the various day ranges elsewhere in the app (90days, 30days, etc) so that could be used here too * add a note after the fact. There have been multiple times where I have forgotten to enter my data into this app (I use another alongside this one) but I’m not allowed to add a note in the past (unless there is a way and I haven’t found it - at which point my suggestion would be to make it more user-friendly and intuitive). Having the date/time picker available when adding a new note could easily solve this * adding better padding/other borders around inputs. I am forever having to tap the same input multiple times because I have “fat-thumbed” the wrong location for an input If I think of any more, I will let you know but these are a few changes that could be easily added (except maybe the watch complication). Edit (2024-02-06): Thought I would edit my review since last time and change the number of stars. Was 4 stars, now 2 stars. Since I gave my review, I’ve found that I wasn’t looking in the right place to input a note after the time. You have to go to log book and add it there - on me for not looking around properly 😳 would perhaps be nicer if it was on the home screen as well. I have encounter the same problem as other have - very frequently - “connection to the sensor has been lost”. This error is painfully annoying and doesn’t seem to make any sense considering I can wave my phone right next to the sensor and it just says “no connection”. For a “realtime” health data app, this is completely unacceptable. Still no Apple Watch compilation and so at this point, I imagine they are never going to add it - reason being is my next point… This app seems like either a case of outsourcing the app development to a useless company that they can’t be bothered to pay for changes or they do actually have internal devs who aren’t given the time to work on improving the app. Since my last review this app has been in the news for completely breaking and not allowing users to see any of their data… again, for a realtime health data app, this is completely unacceptable

The App lets down the device

jflight4 on

The Freestyle Libre 3 is a fantastic CGM, I believe it to be the smallest currently on the market, allowing it to be incredibly comfortable in usage. However the App is woeful, with very limited functionality and, in the case of iOS and WatchOS, no widget or Apple watch integration, to the point I am considering switching to Dexcom, a larger and more noticeable device but with a far better App experience.
