Dear sir, after ended the censor period, for the new censor my iPhone not scanned, every 15 days I changed my iPhone to scan Libra 2 , is there any solution I can scan new censor with my existing iPhone, Thanks and best regards

Great app! However, there are a couple of things to be improved. Sometimes the app gets stuck notifying alarms not available. Restarting bluetooth and phone not helping. The only way is to uninstall and install the app again through which you lose all your data and past records. Please either fix the bug or enable icloud backup. Thank you in advance.

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I am experiencing with the Freestyle Libre2 device. The Bluetooth connection frequently disconnects, resulting in interrupted continuous readings. I am reaching out to inquire if there is a solution or troubleshooting steps available to resolve this issue.

sensor showing 66 reading, while I cross checked on my second meter it showing me 129 reading. it happene 3rd time. and one more issue signal loss alram activates even my mobile is near to me.

Probably the greatest thing about it is the automatic readings, however the worst thing is it only shows last 9h of graph, i hope it gives you the option to see the last 24h as well as keeping option to view the last 9h, i genuinely was able to do so much better and understand so much better when it was 24h graph

I'm always using Freestyle Libre 2 and I can't keep my blood sugar in range without it. However,I don't know what's wrong with the App it suddenly stopped SCAN Sensor button from opening the page that asks you to hold ur iphone near the sensor and then actually scan it!! I was able to scan my current sensor couple of times and then couldn't anymore! The button is not dimmed it just doesn't respond when I press it! No idea what to do as I already tried (Checking for update, Force quit the App and re-open, turn of iPhone and re-open it and disconnected Bluetooth and re-activated it but all that didn't get the Scan button on App to work again!

Great job.. I’m so happy for the amazing update that happened in Oct 23. I see a lot of improvement in readings and it made our lives so much easier thank you so much, just one note. If we can see it the wall paper in the iPhone like the date icon it will be so much better and Apple Watch please.

This is my first day trying the app and the signal is constantly lost. The data is not available and i am not sure whT my readings are. Very annoying!

With the new update it is supposed to receive readings every minute which is a great improvement but the most faced issue is getting disconnected or lost connection for long time sometimes hours a day and when trying to scan manually it showing error message and try after 10 minutes. This is not acceptable because I am using this app to control the glucose of my little boy especially when he is at school. Please check your system and fix it. Thanks
