## FreeStyle LibreLink – SA Description
The FreeStyle LibreLink app is approved for use with FreeStyle Libre and FreeStyle Libre 2 system sensors. You can check your glucose by scanning your sensor with your phone. Now FreeStyle Libre 2 system sensor users can get automatic glucose readings in the FreeStyle LibreLink app, updated every minute, and also receive alarms when your glucose is low or high. [1][2]

You can use the FreeStyle LibreLink app to:

* View your current glucose reading, trend arrow and glucose history
* Receive low or high glucose alarms with FreeStyle Libre 2 system sensors [2]
* Add notes to track your food, insulin use and exercise
* See reports, such as Time in Range and Daily Patterns
* Share your data with your doctor and family, with your permission [3]

SMARTPHONE COMPATIBILITY

USING YOUR APP AND READER WITH THE SAME SENSOR
Alarms can only be issued on your FreeStyle Libre 2 reader or your phone (not both). To receive alarms on your phone, you must start the sensor with the app. To receive alarms on your FreeStyle Libre 2 reader, you must start the sensor with your reader. Once the sensor has been started with the reader, you can also scan that sensor with your phone.

Remember that the app and reader do not share data with each other. For complete information on a device, scan your sensor every eight hours with that device; otherwise, your reports will not include all your data. You can upload and view data from all of your devices on LibreView.com.

FreeStyle LibreLink is intended for measuring glucose levels in people with diabetes when used with a sensor. Tho recently I encountered an issue at tells me that my glucose levels are going low just now it walked me up and told me that my glucose levels are between 60 and 55 or 50 and when I went in the app, the graphic did not show that my level spikes went lower than 70 and that’s an issue that needs to be fixed ASAP. 

To be fair the developers of this device + the app have saved my life and my HbA1C has gone from 14 down to 7.2 because of this app so thank you

I am writing to report an ongoing issue with the Freestyle Libre app since updating my iPhone to iOS 18. Over the past month, I have been experiencing recurrent "signal lost" notifications, which significantly affect the app's ability to provide continuous glucose readings. Despite changing my Freestyle Libre sensor three times, the problem persists, with the app losing connection every hour.

The issue has become a major inconvenience, as it disrupts my glucose monitoring and puts my health at risk. I kindly request your team to investigate this matter and issue an update to resolve the signal loss issue as soon as possible.
