FreeStyle LibreLink – SG Reviews

App or sensor not working?

Enraged Customer! on

Singapore

This is wasting a lot of my money!!! App doesn’t seem to work after the latest iOS update on my iPhone 15 pro max!!! I want a refund for sensor!!!

No apple health data export

This seems the bare minimum and yet it is not possible.

Apps seems to hang

saltjalt on

Singapore

I encounter similar issues as reported by another user in Nov. sometimes when you scan, the apps seems to freeze. Other times it seems to scan cos you can see the readings in the background but the apps shows as “still scanning”. Seems like Abbot doesn’t have anyone maintaining the apps.

Very slow and no updates

Sinful249 on

Singapore

Operation takes ages for reading to appear unlike when it started was instant. Seems like tech team isn’t interested in resolving the issue. Have read most of the users complaining about the same. Have complained earlier too. No response still.

Not so great to be honest

matthew1hunter on

The app is not so smooth to use. It can take a reading once then to take another reading I have to close the app down and reload it. It’s sluggish to use this app and I’m on a recent iPhone that works fine for all my other apps.

App suddenly stopped scanning

appayya on

Singapore

Is wasting my sensor money every day I loose scan data gives me more stress and increases my sugar levels considering that the cost is so high for the sensor! Restarted the app, worried that deleting the app and reinstalling it may waste the sensor as it might not recognise the sensor since the app that started the sensor was deleted - waiting for some other cgm device to be available in singapore to give these guys some competition and stop selling product of such value which can’t be relied on

Used to be responsive but bus now buggy

hkitying on

Singapore

I second what some others users experienced. Laggy haptics and irregular response. Please fix the app.

Terrible app

Nick is unavailable on

Singapore

Sometimes it does not recognize the sensor; some times the sensor scan button doesn't work. What a waste of money. Other countries have so many options for CGMs, can try wait for Singapore to offer some too.

Hi, please link this to Apple Health. Thanks.

Why are we stuck with 1st gen sensors?

AngMoKia on

Singapore

Why can’t Abbott push through the Libre 3 into Singapore. We are stuck with Libre 1 (not even 2) and the tech is old and slow. The Libre 3 has been CE marked for 2.5 years. It works. Come on Abbott and Singapore MOH get with the program and give us up to date tools to manage the Singapore ‘war on diabetes’.
