I use the app a lot, since the iOS 17 roll out the app there’s a bug when you go to  resume streaming after you pause. 

Force close and reopen the app I find is the only way to fix it.

Repeatedly stops playing after 2-3 mins. Thought it was my screen saver but happens even when the iPhone is open and in use. Don’t want to stop listening but I think I’ll have to because this app can not be used reliably.

Everytime I try to play fresh I get a notification that there is a a website trying to impersonate fresh FM and it may be trying to steal my information ( financial etc)... Therefore my iPhone will not play anything from fresh.... It used to work great so I'm not sure what changed..

This app always disconnects and you have to force close the app to get it to start playing again. Other times if it runs for more than 5 mins the app can’t cope and it cuts out.
At least once the old app was streaming it stayed streaming unlike the new app.

In low reception areas 3G/4g the application will often drop the stream as is expected but will not return once reception returns a lot of the time. This can be worked around by hitting pause and play quickly. Otherwise issue free for me

Edit: Dev has now fixed the drop out bug, updating review from 2 stars to 5 stars.

Glad to see the new app that supports the new streamer but dev needs to turn on background refresh support otherwise the audio stream drops out within 30-60 seconds after switching to another app.

The staff at Fresh 92.7 have worked very hard on the Level Up to unlock the app. I'm sure it's a marketing strategy. Regardless, a community radio has clearly paid money for the development of this app. 

The app cuts out when another app is opened. So simply put, you can't listen to Fresh if you reply to messages in another app, scroll on Facebook or Instagram or anything else. So, as I write this feedback, Cam and Alex were on, and now it's "radio silence". I would have thought this was a simple thing that should have been thought about from the get-go. 

The messaging function on the app itself is strange. Is the expectation that everyone who uses it only types in acronyms? You can't review the message you send because the message field is one single line that goes on into nowhere. I understand that you would want to limit the length of messages to the studio but typing in the blind is not really the go either. You could add a field that limits messages to 250/500 characters or less. 

Hope you guys fix it. 
We love our community radio and want our community radio to have a fabulous app. They keep thanking you guys for making the app but clearly not enough people have been giving feedback.
