so frustrating
I spent so much time and money getting this app intergrated on my website for clients to book, just for the app to all of a sudden stop opening on my mobile (literally does not go past the Fresha screen) so I can't access my schedule from my phone at all! And when I go onto a desktop/laptop to sign in , it requires google chrome!! So you can't even open in on regular safari , so I can't even open it on my laptop!! When I contacted support they said buy a new phone and download the google chrome apps, which I find absolutely ridiculous !!
Never works
Fresha has become unusable on any platform except the computer. App won’t open on iPad or iPhone, can’t even use on safari or google chrome with iPad or iPhone as Fresha site claims nothing is up to date to be able to use the software. Customer service always takes way longer than necessary and doesn’t fully address most problems.
After 4yr I’m glad I switched
After using this program for four years, I switch to a company called Mangomint which cost more monthly but for any business with more than one employee feels worth it with it the percentage cost that Trisha takes. Also, the financial reports that they provide we’re always a little weird and not helpful customer service also not read it does not offer solutions or seem like they listen when you have concerns
Won’t open
Since the new update, this app won’t open on my phone anymore. Been using Fresha for years but now that I can only access it on my computer I’ll likely have to switch scheduling systems. Super disappointing
Updates and lockouts
After an update is issues on the App Store, if the app on a device doesn’t get updated within a couple of days, the app won’t open and it advises to do an update.
Restricting use of the app until the latest update is installed can be detrimental to my work flow as I don’t want to use expensive cellular data to do the update.
Please allow use of the app for a much longer time after the latest update.
A nail salon
They’re trying to make you pay 20% of first sale mean while customers know them through your words. Making non sense
Straightforward, simple
Pretty straightforward to use, honestly my biggest problem with this app is that there’s no “full month” view of your calendar; when you’re looking for an open day, you have to scroll through weeks or days and it’s way more time consuming. I think it’s an easy update to make that would make a world of difference.

J’adore cette application! Elle est vraiment bien pour m’aider et pour faciliter la vie de mes employés dans mon salon de coiffure.
En plus elle est super instinctive!
Cependant, serait-il possible d’ajouter la frequence « aux deux semaines » dans la section horaire de travail ! C’est serai un réel game changer!

All was perfect … But can you PLEASE add an 2 weeks frequancy in the settings of the « staff scheduling ».

User for 3 years
I have been happy with Fresha/Shedul for a long time but this month there has been an update almost Daily and now my settings have been reset without my knowledge. Clients not receiving appointment notifications which is the only reason I use this app.
Please let your users know when you make a huge change such as client appointment messages. Now they want to charge you to message a reminder. I thought this app was to remain free. Fix please!!
