Fresha for business

The software used doesn’t show proper geographical languages hence making disputes in diversity.

In December I was able to create a Black Friday sale for 25% vouchers and now it won’t work. Was going to try and do a online sale for Father’s Day.

It doesn’t sync my calendar from Google so I got personal items and then I’m getting booked when I don’t want to get booked.

I Love this App but it’s frustrating that they update it like ALL. THE. TIME. !!!!

Every update they do, I find it is getting worse. I loved and worked with Shedul/fresha for years now. They now force you to be on their marketplace to charge you 20% from the clients 1st visit. I loved the app because of the free sms reminders which is now 20 sms/month. I understand, they have to make money but very soon, we will have to pay for everything in this app and they’re gonna eat up all of our profits. Unfortunately I will have to look for an other alternative.

After most recent update there a lot of problems. The application freezes and crashes. *** When adding products to a cart there is no way to search the product you want . The search feature was removed we have to go through all the products until you find the one we are looking for. It takes a lot of time, it makes for a very awkward interaction with the client. Removing the search feature adds minutes to the transaction, we have to go through all the menu for each product we want to add. Fix it.

I have been using this app for 3 years,was free at first but the started to charge for text messages which fine I understand the have to make money,they always used to ask if you want to put your salon on there market place,i never signed up for market place ,but now you have no choice but to be on the market place and the charge 20% for new clients, asked to remove my salon from the marketplace they refused to remove , don’t mind paying for sms messages but not for the marketplace,even if someone looking for the salons number online and they end up on fresh site and make an appointment they will still charge 20%,I don’t think that’s fair I’m looking for alternative app

EVERYTIME you update you make it worse. just stop. today cant see the reports. before it wouldnt show end of day reports so we had to use the old way….. take a hint. stop messing with something thats not broken!! since using this program from the beginning. it is at its all time WORST! every update makes it worse and more confusing.

I spent so much time and money getting this app intergrated on my website for clients to book, just for the app to all of a sudden stop opening on my mobile (literally does not go past the Fresha screen) so I can't access my schedule from my phone at all! And when I go onto a desktop/laptop to sign in , it requires google chrome!! So you can't even open in on regular safari , so I can't even open it on my laptop!! When I contacted support they said buy a new phone and download the google chrome apps, which I find absolutely ridiculous !!

Fresha has become unusable on any platform except the computer. App won’t open on iPad or iPhone, can’t even use on safari or google chrome with iPad or iPhone as Fresha site claims nothing is up to date to be able to use the software. Customer service always takes way longer than necessary and doesn’t fully address most problems.
