I’ve been pleasantly surprised with how simple and fluid this app is. I actually really love how it auto saves drafts when you’re replying to a ticket. My only one big complaint is that it doesn’t auto when you’re forwarding. I’m so used to the reply auto save that I’ve lost TONS of messages because forgot the forward wasn’t going to save when I exited it. Otherwise. Good app. And their support is quick and friendly.

This app used to be great.  Now it will randomly pop up a notification “you may have new notifications”.  Will show literally hundreds of unread messages but when you open it, there are none.  All tickets shown on the app are months, sometimes years old. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app with no improvement.
