App doesn’t work when you get to the pay part it just buffers and a few family members tried on different devices using 4g and WiFi to no avail

### *---- "Cant deliver anywhere"
Worst food app i ever used, i was made to pay only to find out i need to go collect and the app is broken as it says cannot deliver to this area, in 3 min away from the place, awful experience
-- jackdublin9292, 2020-10-19

### **--- "No waiting time indication before ordering"
No waiting time indication before ordering
-- RufHan, 2020-06-30

### *---- "No way to request a refund"
Ordered a smoothie online. Blender was broken. Was told a refund could not be processed in the store. No way to contact anyone or request a refund through the app.
-- nlmstf, 2020-03-04

### **--- "Unable to pass step 5 of order"
In step 5 of order (more items) you must select 3 items minimum to be put on the wrap/salad. If you want less than 3 you are unable to skip this step to finalise your order.

I use this app every week. It saves a very valuable 10 minutes each time. I use it as I leave work. I Notice I am using more and more. I will probably save myself ~ 9 hours every year..

### *---- "No lunchtime orders"
Maybe I'm missing something but whats the point in this app when you can't order between 12 and 2pm?
