Once I place the order, I don't get an email confirmation and I cannot track my order, customer experience is ambiguous on the app. Would love to see where is my delivery guy to be ready to collect my food and not pick up the box from the ground outside.

Phone number update is not working. It sends a code via a text messages to confirm update, but the app does not provide the functionality to enter the code.

I bought a slice on an app promo and paid. Looked at my order and saw it automatically added a tip without asking me or my permission!!! SCAM I should report this to my credit card as I didn’t authorize the extra amount. The app is clunky and confusing and sends you in circles to use promos.

I wish they added a “past orders” because I would like to revisit the combos I made for custom pizzas and see which ones worked and didn’t. Otherwise this is a really good franchise, better than some classic pizza places.

They made the coupons impossible to add to cart, so you don’t get a discount. The app is useless.

Twice now I’ve ordered at the til and scanned my QR code as directed and not received any points…

Cannot login clicked Facebook login failed

The app declined my credit cards and keep saying that l enter the wrong postal code. Wasted my time for 1 hour.
