Problem with app
I stay in Villiersdorp. I am struggling with the app. I had some cashback in my wallet but cannot remember how much because I do not often get a chance to visit Fresh stop in Caledon. Today a made some purchases, I managed to load it on my list, but when I tried to take picture I had to try several times, but for some unknown reason I could not use it. I tried to restart my phone, but afterwards the app does not even open on my phone so I was not able to see if it is working well.
Fantastic Service
After downloading, had some issues re the onboarding. Nicole managed to sort this out and always checked how’s the App going. She is extremely helpful. Thanks N !

In my personal opinion, there is no other app like this in SA. I actually got money back into my bank account. The app is easy to use and the cash back rewards are decent. Overall, I love the app.🔥🔥

I have the app on my iphone , since tiday I can log in , got password x2 already by email ,still not working , cannot lig in. There is somthing wrong with this app
Your login or sign up is a mess , I have an account , with money on , but I canot logon , change password or sign in !!!!!!!!
App upgrade? More like downgrade!
The old version of the app worked fine, but since “upgrade” I can’t even sign up or update my details. When I entered my details for the update, I get prompted to select “OK” to confirm my cell number for verification… and when I confirm, nothing happens! I uninstalled, reinstalled… still nothing. What a useless upgrade!
Cant log in
Since the app was updated i cant seem to log in. It keeps saying my account is inactive. And when i try to sign up nothing happens
