I placed and order, it was accepted, but never delivered, its now way passed its delivery slot. No way to talk to any support. There is one option of contact us, but it just keeps redirecting to order details page. Worst app ever.
Delivering wrong items and no proper response from customer support. Arrogant staff. Ordered county chicken received boiler chicken, ordered country eggs received brow coloured boiler eggs instead.
I rate this 5 stars but the delivery timing should be like if for today booked delivery hours be today. Thank you.
My friend in need is definitely-Freshtohome 😍Whenever I want top of the line fish(freshness) as I’m a native of Kollam, and have been brought up on the freshest of fresh fish, FtH is my go to to relive those memories. Also, I don’t like to clean the fish, which I used to do in my younger days, now puts me off and cannot relish the fare. Hence FtH is a Godsend. My family enjoy the selection provided and we’re spoilt for life.
I ordered mackerel fish, but it looked suspiciously colored. The eyes were unusually red, and the body had a reddish tint. Despite this, I went ahead and fried it, only to find it tasteless and nearly spoiled.
Been trying to add items to the cart for the past three hours. Clicking Add doesn’t add any item apart from loading.
I placed a order it says item delivered but I didn’t receive any item worst and fake i lost my amount they say 3 4 working days its been 5days i did not receive my amount back
Very fresh and trustful
These guys are scamming ppl. I bought some some chicken from their website after seeing ads on Social media and later, had to cancel due to some issues with their quality. But since then, haven’t received the refund that I was supposed to. Been close to a month.
We used to order on FreshToHome for quality of products. For many years I had a great experience in terms of quality. But now a days if any discount is applied in the order it means you’ll not get fresh items and only old stocks items will be delivered. This is not expected. We can’t compromise on quality. We don’t say give discount and delivery non fresh items specially meats. Please work on delivering quality of product and not the old stock items. Thanks
