Was told to download & follow this plan by my nurse at the surgery.. that was 2 1/2 years ago.. having now lost 6 1/2 stone no longer prediabetic blood pressure down BMI a lot better & feel so much healthier never thought I could could do this but support is fantastic .. so helpful so thank you to all involved -- cararth2, 2024-11-10 ### ***** "Fabulous Tool to have in my toolbox" Having this App has enabled me to put my Type2 Diabetes into remission and keep it there. I have recipes at my fingertips as well as meal plans. Information all in one place. It’s just brilliant, every GP should recommend it to every patient, it’s so so good. Try it for yourself it’s free -- Freshwell is the best, 2024-11-09 ### ***** "The best app for a new way of eating and weight loss" This app is invaluable. It gives clear, easy to read advice, recipes, meal planners and progress reports. The doctors who developed this are NHS professionals who have had considerable success with their patients. I’ve lost 25 lbs so far and am already benefiting from relief from achy joints. And I’m never hungry and can enjoy delicious food. -- Happy keto convert, 2024-11-09 ### ***** "Weight loss without tears" Following the traffic light system has helped me lose weight and get healthier. -- Red Bess, 2024-11-09 ### ***-- "Freshwell Low Carb App" Based on my personal experience of improving my metabolic health I can’t recommend the Freshwell Low Carb App highly enough. -- Eatwelll, 2024-11-09 ### ***** "So useful" This programme is a great way to eating healthily, whether to lose weight, or to improve a health issue. -- Jamoonie, 2024-11-09 ### ***** "Excellent" A highly informative and easy to use app. Recommend anyone who’s going low carb to download. -- Polishgirl58, 2024-11-09 ### *---- "Don’t get it" Absolutely rubbish app. If you are newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic, like me, use the Disbetic Uk app. Freshwell in my mind is unhealthy and scaremongering. Totally useless -- Shfyrtc, 2024-09-27 ### **--- "Really not low carb as it should be" First recipe I clicked on contains cherries Second apple & pear and the first lunch option had butter beans as an ingredient 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ -- Greek_Salad, 2024-07-04 ### ***** "Simple to understand" I’ve been practising low carb/keto for over 5 years. But lots of people I know just can’t get their mindsets past the low fat way of life they’ve been advised to follow for the last 40 years. This app will be useful to recommend for those wanting to further understand the benefits of eating low carb. Thanks for your hard work in producing this guide! -- purplejoolz, 2024-06-02 [View all Freshwell reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Apps Similar to Freshwell -
