We bought 2 Kuhls units years ago and the Apps have never worked. I was hopeful. The new app would work, but it does not tried multiple times to connect will not connect. We use Sensibo and it works perfectly. Can’t understand why you can’t get to work correctly. Oh well I guess I’ll be buying a different brand of air conditioner soon.

For a $1,500 unit, it’s unacceptable that the app is as unreliable as it is. Adjusting the temperature one degree at a time takes 20-30 seconds. It’s insanely frustrating. The physical remote the unit comes with is a downgrade too - they no longer have a display on them. Absolutely cursed that I’m stuck with a Friedrich-sized wall sleeve in my home and have to use these garbage products.

Oh my God. I finally can access my air conditioner remotely. I got my air conditioner a year ago, but have been using the Frederick connect app per the instructions that came with it. Needless to say, the remote feature did not work with the old app. I was not aware of this app until the old app gave a notice that it is no longer being supported and then I should move onto the Friedrichlink app. I wish I had found this app sooner than I did. This app was easy to set up and works brilliantly.

It simply doesn’t work.  Just hangs, displays wrong temperature.  Doesnt update settings.  Changing temp by 1 degree takes at least 30 seconds, or just hangs completely.

Needs to be restarted every time you open it before you can make adjustments. Then it takes 10+ minutes for it to sync with the ac units. What a mess.

I was using the connect app which wasn’t great, but at least did the basics. Now I’m stuck with an app that has the wrong room temp and doesn’t read the weather outside. My air conditioner won’t start because it’s reading a room temp in the 50 F and it’s sweltering in the room and outside. I’m asking for basic here and this is below basic. Very disappointed!
