I had an extremely frustrating experience using Friendi Pay Oman. I attempted to transfer money (OMR 218.110)and the transaction was declined , wasting not only my money but also my valuable time. Despite everything being correct, the app failed to complete the transaction. I thought it might be a one-time error, but after multiple attempts, including trying with a new beneficiary, nothing worked. This is unacceptable for a financial service. In a critical moment when I needed to send money urgently, the platform failed completely. No clear explanation, no effective customer support, and no resolution. It’s unreliable and stressful to use. I do not recommend Friendi Pay to anyone looking for a smooth and secure money transfer service.
