I then did the same process on my iPad Pro and had success the first time. I can now see the dehumidifier inside my iPhone Frigidaire app and control it. This necessitated signing in again but I can't even complete the first step of choosing my location because no list of countries, states or whatever they need populates. I typed United States... nothing, U.S... nothing. All I see is a white screen and for that reason can go no further in the app. The app used to be buggy and not super user friendly but would at least control my air conditioner which is why I chose Frigidaire to begin with. Now I have a useless app and an a/c unit with useless wireless capabilities.
