They use EVRI (formerly Hermes) so you can imagine how bad that is! You cannot actually SPEAK to anyone only a text message service - and then only ‘office’ hours. For the price one would expect better. And then with the text service they say all they have is the information EVRI gives them - which is of course what you the customer gets. HIVED have been so impressive with their delivery that it was a total breath of fresh air from all the other services currently out there. I didn’t have to worry as I knew they were on it. But today it came by Evri instead, who are notoriously bad and unreliable. I’ve had horrible experiences with them in the past and am now concerned that my food delivery will be left unattended or mismanaged. They used to be called Hermes, they rebranded for a reason. Obviously I’m sure you have your reasons, but the contrast between the two is so extreme it just concerns me going forward with your service. Please reconsider using them. The only reason I started using them again was because they were discounting their food by 25%. Most likely part of a desperate attempt to retain customers. I will be cancelling my account with them.
