Frndly TV

Frndly TV is excellent but the app could use improvements. We should be able to see the image when fast forwarding, I have to delete movies multiple times from My Stuff before they actually stop showing up, movies we already watched should be marked, app seems pretty slow, and sometimes where we left off isn’t saved. Also, now with so many channels it would be nice if we could sort the channels manually or filter some out in the app and website with favorites. Finally, PLEASE add picture-in-picture.

I just paid $138 to renew my account automatically. Still can’t cast all shows. I can watch on my phone. But it refuses to cast some programs on my chrome cast to my tv. This paid subscription allows me to see more commercials than ever and they are all repeated over and over and most are jammed packed with Pharmacy commercials all about sickness and what medicines you need to take and the side effects are worse than conditions!! So frustrating to spend this kind of money and have to watch commercials. If I record, I can fast forward but sometimes it won’t work. This is extremely glitchy. Sometimes if I pause it, it will lose its spot and it will make me start over and I can’t fast forward!! So sick and tired of this FRNDLY FIGHT

Voiceover support in the app is lacking. Many UI elements are unlabeled. Cannot tell what channel a program is on. Cannot control playback or close playback.

Most shows i go to has missing episodes and or seasons, even for the older shows. licenses should be for an entire series.

The Frndly app on my Vizio tv rarely works, stuck with my iPad which is also hit and miss with working, the Chrome Cast never works so I can’t send the video from the iPad to the tv. I would also like to extend recording times by 1 to 3 minutes since every single show I record cuts off at the end by several minutes. Also recently one show is showing as On Demand and never recorded even when they are also listed as recorded in the guide. So I am stuck with ads and it has not been fixed. Guess I am stuck finding another streaming provider at this point.

The commercials are so long. It seems you only get to watch 5 mins of the movie then bam a 10 mins commercial.

I ❤️❤️❤️this channel because it has great channels that I love to watch. For example, love cartoons Frndly provides a cartoon channel I can watch anytime. On top of that it’s ALL old school cartoons. I’m a millennial so that will make me old school. 😂#enjoyful

Stop showing Premiers and “Great American Christmas” at the bottom of the screen constantly while trying to watch a movie. We know which streaming service we are watching. No need to keep it plastered to the screen.

Nope not worth the download

I subscribed through my ROKU. So, I wasn’t able to see the details. After my 7 day trial, I was charged $103 for the full year which was very unexpected. There was no option to change to monthly billing on the website either. Other than that, I like the programming. Just be aware that it’s not monthly billing.
