## FromTheRestaurant Reviews in United States

### *---- "No refund for undelivered drink"
I used this app just recently for food delivery and the delivery driver did not include the drink for $5.14, there is NO WHERE to report an undelivered food item within the app, unlike Uber Eats and DoorDash. So I’m just supposed to be ok with paying for a drink I never received? I also tipped the driver, won’t be using this app again since if I don’t receive the correct order, I’m just losing money.

### *---- "Where are the tips going?!"
I made a order through the app and left a tip for the restaurant. When I got my receipt at the restaurant it said I didn’t leave a tip! Who is getting the tip money?! Might as well call the restaurant and other through them instead!!
-- Ms. Vee 21, 2024-09-19

### ***** "Always delicious!!!"
No matter what we’ve tried , it’s always really, really good, the Birria tacos especially. Definitely recommended!!
-- steelers girl, 2024-09-13

### ***** "Hidden Gem !"
This place is a hidden gem ! Great food and friendly service and the prices are right on I’ve dined in and ordered pick up , always fantastic!!!
-- Tommygunn133, 2024-07-28

### ***** "Crew"
The staff is awesome! I will definitely recommend to others.
-- looney king, 2024-07-17

### ***-- "Ugh"
They use door dash but it’s not through the door dash app and if they forget something you can’t say in the app they missed an order and no way to get a refund I ended up just going to the restaurant and picking up what they missed
-- ecromer2001, 2024-05-26

### *---- "Charges way too much"
The app was going to charge me $15.00 more for my order and that’s without fees for every little thing! Went right to the restaurant and saved alot of money! Not a good app!
-- Maymae2, 2024-05-16

### *---- "Potential scam"
This app was used to scam me out of $38.00. So just be aware. I’m not sure if it was the crater of the app or a fake restaurant using it.
-- Volunteerwalrus, 2024-05-05

### ***** "Perfect"
Rico sabor
-- Cynthia.96, 2024-04-26

### *---- "Use caution"
We used this app for purchasing food in our town from a reputable restaurant. In checking my bank account the next day we had a charge from a restaurant 250 miles away on the same day. The one thing they have in common is they both allow you to use this app to order food.
