## Frontier Communicator Reviews in United States

### *---- "App crashes"
I’ve been using this app for over a year now and didn’t start having problems with it until August. I was able to get that sorted out but then a couple of days ago. The app started crashing so I deleted it. Re-downloaded it and then this morning it happened again. I don’t know what going on?
-- Heather.MJ, 2024-12-17

### *---- "I’m not sure what I am paying for?"
Frontier is a huge disappointment. I am averaging speeds of 1.6 mbps when it is working. AOL dial up was faster. At a cost of 130 per month top tier.
-- jajabahsh, 2023-06-29

### *---- "Nothing is stream lined"
There is no tan to create an account after downloading the app. I registered online but still no access to the app. Who are these people designing Frontier’s software?? The service is horrible but yet the bill keeps going up. Frontier does not listen to their costumer concerns.
-- Ryan00531, 2022-07-18

### *---- "The worst customer service, so called communications company of the planet."
The worst on the planet in every area.
-- jimbmc, 2021-11-14

### *---- "Really Bad App"
I clicked on the i (information) button to get the help number. The number listed is disconnected. They can’t even get their own support number correct. Embarrassing.
-- GlobalSvcs, 2020-03-05

### *---- "Service"
Worst internet and WiFi service ever in my life! Doesn’t even deserve one star in this room
