I received and installed my Frontpoint security system yesterday, after switching from SimpliSafe. However, despite enabling push and email notifications for all sensor activity, among other notifications, I am not receiving ANY. This sucks because I am preparing to go on vacation and I need to be aware of when some is at my door, etc. -- Mrs Gowdy, 2026-10-04 ### *---- "App has gone to garbage" This is basically now a useless app on my phone. Works maybe 50% of the time. The only reason I have it is to set and disarm my system when I leave and come home. Now I’m running through my house trying to get to the keypad before the alarm bells ring. Absolute garbage. -- Ramrumble, 2026-09-30 ### ***-- "App has been flaky lately" The scenes don’t work correctly from the app. Sometimes I open the app and hit the wake up scene and it launches the doorbell camera. Other times I hit the scene to arm the alarm or disarm it and the system never gets the memo. The system works just fine from the keypad. Also, the app often doesn’t display the correct armed state of the alarm, locked state of the doors, etc. -- BadWolf2112, 2026-09-28 ### ***-- "Could be better" The app could have more camera features. The app is often slow to respond. It buffers quite a bit when you tap on an option. -- Bettyboopbbw69, 2026-09-25 ### *---- "Payment setup is garbage" If you have more that one property to protect you need to login different ways and have different credit cards associated with those accounts and update them separately. First grade programming at best M -- Abbyduel, 2026-09-15 ### ***-- "non intuitive" non intuitive -- 3452685, 2026-09-04 ### **--- "Moving on" Equip is dated . One panel I have to tape together since day one. This company doesn’t seam to be keeping up. -- Blueriverstrom, 2026-08-31 ### *---- "Front point camera" This thing has never really worked don’t buy it -- get me clout, 2026-08-15 ### **--- "Droety" Disappointing -- Droety, 2026-08-13 ### *---- "Absolute Garbage" Full WiFi signal and this P.O.S app still won’t disable my alarm. Save your money and buy a dog.
