I tried to contact support, but there is no link in game and the link here takes you to Zynga’s home page where to contact support you have to select the game you want to discuss and this game is not one of the options. There’s no mention of it anywhere on the site at all. I give up! UPDATE: As you can see by the reply to my review, the game now works well and is really fun to play.
