This app never lets me select a location to pick up my orders from. I have more trouble with the app than it’s worth smh

2 days now that I can’t see my boost rewards. Why even bother offering the deal if you’re not going to allow us to use the membership 🙄

I’ve searched through the app for 10 minutes and couldn’t figure out how to even open my cart. Horrible design

The navigation is confusing. When you scan a QR code in the store for a coupon, it opens the app in a browser rather than in the app. Logs you out shortly after you log in. Log in prompts safari which never works in the store. Out of the dozens of time I’ve tried to use in store for coupons and “deals”, it works maybe 10% of the time. I don’t want to go to the customer service desk. I just want the app the work.

Can’t get it to check out. I’ve deleted my account, uninstalled, re-installed, used a different email and phone number, tried ordering on the computer. Nothing worked. Call center was useless, all they did was to transfer me to an automated system. I went back to using InstaCart.

This app operates like a fever dream. I shouldn’t have to clip the coupon with the associated item I’m buying, obviously I want the discount your offering. Your location system wouldn’t choose a location no matter which I chose. Had to delete and re-install the app to correct the error. Everything is chaotic and items are duplicated in different categories. It’s not streamlined. Sloppy function.

No matter what it doesn’t let me add my credit or debit cards so I can’t do a pickup order, very frustrating. I even tried doing it through online and it still doesn’t work.

App does not always offer coupon product for pick up by me. Water on recent coupons for instance. Also requiring me to have delivered a product I only bought from app for pickup, will keep me from buying it at all. Pickup staff is always great, and never rude. I had a bakery worker yell at me and throw a fit, at the Bella Vista/Hunt Store nearly 2 years ago, then a shopper got angry at me at check out for being in his way. I pick up nearly everything since. I am a Great Grandma; Save more money and don't risk my safety.

Good app but can be difficult to navigate. Even worse is the sluggishness - can freeze for several seconds while searching and browsing. Annoying and makes me want to use another grocer whose app runs flawlessly.

What good is the app if it doesn’t work in store. I have been in multiple fry’s and try to use the app and most of the time it does not work in store. Maybe before you buy Safeway install better WiFi in your current stores
