This app usually works well but since updating my phone to iOS 18.1, it freezes while clipping coupons. I have to close the app and find my place but it eventually freezes again.

This is always been a very good app, but recently within the last few months, the app locks up every time you try to search for products on the home page! Please fix it. Using iOS 18.2 but this issue was also present using iOS 17.

Sad commentary this is version 77. Every time I fire up the app it requires an update. Then it still does not work properly. Will not download or scan coupons properly. Not synchronized with actual store layout. Makes you sign in over and over again while in the app and in the store.

Fix the app , it freezes a lot and doesn’t let me search. It’s been like this for past few months which has made me shop elsewhere.

That was the main reason to use the app. I don’t need to be advertised at.

When I attempt to search something the app freezes and no longer works. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, soft reset on my phone and still nothing.

And now it won’t send my review! Hah! Do you do that to any negative review.

I wish the people the powers that be at Fry’s who developed this Fry’s app would look at the Safeway Albertsons app. It is so simple. You just have to touch the picture and add it to your list whether it’s a digital coupon or whatever Frys you have to jump all over the place and jump through hoops for five different places just to make sure you get it right and so annoying you get up to the counter and you say they say oh you didn’t, download the digital coupon. Well, yes, I did see well that’s your list. You have to do something else and you spend more time searching for whatever it is that you wanna download it’s crazy.

The app will not let me select my closest store just reloads it and goes in circles or selecting that store. Customer support can’t do anything about it and there are others of the same exact complaints of people having the same issue

They’ve removed the search bar under the digital coupon section.
