FTChinese is the Financial Times' Chinese language website, providing unrivaled news and information to China's top business executives and decision makers.
 
The FT’s international team of journalists has access to senior corporate executives and politicians both in China and around the world, making it a must-read for China's business leaders.

Starting from version 3.0, we have a totally new app. 
- Faster: after you successfully launched the app for the first time, later launches only take 0.99 second. 
- Cleaner: the redesigned app supports High Definition perfectly and get rid of all distraction so that you can focus on FT’s world-class journalism. 
- More Features: you can now resize, share, clip, use bilingual mode, switch to night mode, search for articles, check archives by day, watch video and see what’s hot. 
- My FT: you can subscribe content based on topic, industry, area and column.

About the auto-renewable subscriptions
1. Auto-renewal
Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal. 

2. Price and Service
There are three subscriptions for the FTChinese iOS app: The Standard Anniual Subscription, the Premium Subscription and the Standard Monthly Subscription. The price for the Standard Annual Subscription is $28.99 per year. It unlocks exclusive articles and allows you to listen to English audio for bilingual articles. The price for Premium Subscription is $294.99 per year.It unlocks all the features in Standard Subscription, as well as a weekly magazine called Editor’s Choice.  The price for Standard Monthly Subscription is $3.99. It unlocks exclusive articles and allows you to listen to English audio for bilingual articles for a month. 

3. Payment
Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable. 

4. Cross Platform
You can use the services on both iPhone and iPad. If you buy on an iPhone, you can tap the “restore my subscription” button on your iPad. And vice versa.

严格来说，FT 并不是为我准备的报刊，因为我远说不上是“社会精英”，或“行业翘楚”。最开始我是在FT上读到一些引起我兴趣的话题，例如说：小费的起源与昨世今生。随着时间的推移，我慢慢开始阅读Martin Wolf（对大陆中国与印度之比较，和对大陆的图表解析….. 可谓：力透纸背）， 我很喜欢读David Pilling 的文章（尤其是他在东京的日子里写的）；我虽然居住在Vancouver，但对加拿大🇨🇦的某些话题，我更喜欢在FT 上找到答案（例如前不久关于国际学生来加读书签证的Case Study。四季酒店是加拿大的著名品牌；但对四季酒店的报道与分析，我只承认：FT 和 WSJ：两份报刊的记者采访与分析最为中肯！ ）我唯一的一点希望就是：British Humour 可谓是：绝无仅有的一枝独秀！过去在FT 上总能每隔一段时间就能听到，读到忍俊不禁的Humour。现在呢？似乎绝迹啦…… 太可惜了！对了！还有一点：您那里的英语学习专栏，对我来说，多少有些令人失望！仅举一例：单词打卡= 主讲人并没有真正举一反三地解释某个词的由来，用法，内涵与外延；只是用中文来翻译一长段文字；究竟今天这个词如何用？还有其他哪些例句….. 全然忽略不计了。我个人感觉：NYT （纽约时报）上的单词打卡要比FT 更有吸引力…… 如有冒犯，承蒙您的海涵为盼……
