## FuelBack Reviews in Sri Lanka

### ****- "Customer care Inv"
This meerigama shed agent is good and friendly nice app and useful
-- Jp pushpakumara, 2025-10-17

### **--- "Only three sheds and can’t redeem"
This is slowly becoming useless because we can’t redeem the points and shows a little note in red saying that currently can’t redeem due to system upgrade. I think this is the 4th or 5th week i am seeing this note.
-- UWix97, 2025-05-17

### *---- "Useless"
Only 3 sheds were there
And when I show the qr they said they didn’t pay us
-- thiyo_aj, 2024-11-06

### *---- "Horrible!"
This app is very shady…. There’s a lot of things that are hidden from the customer from the lack of petrol sheds covered to the fact that there’s hardly any benefit because even if you pump petrol daily you can only save 0.01 point per month. Feels like they are scamming their users :(
-- Chinthi26, 2024-10-09

### *---- "Unethical"
Scam. They don’t highlight benefits because what you can save is like 00.1 points per month if you calculate correctly even if you pump petrol twice a day
-- EPand sons 222, 2024-10-09

### *---- "Horrible and failed benefits"
It’s a scam!
-- Mandy 275, 2024-10-05

### *---- "Not enough fuel stations"
Not enough fuel stations..
-- Dinuka99, 2024-09-17

### ***** "Very convenient app"
I’ve downloaded the app recently, and considering now only a few fuel stations available, it’s very comfortable and convenient to use. It’s quite pleasant that I can keep some money from each fuel pumping, and use it as a discount. Something new in Sri Lanka 🙂🍀
-- Keknutaya, 2024-09-17

### *---- "Why ignore a national language?"
I’m disappointed to see that the app includes Sinhala and English but completely ignores Tamil, one of the national languages of Sri Lanka. This feels discriminatory and disrespectful to a large part of the population. I urge you to include Tamil to make the app more inclusive.
-- Anusuthan, 2024-09-13

### *---- "Only 3 fuel sheds available for now"
I wanted to let you know about a few issues I've encountered with the fuel app. Currently, there are only three fuel stations available, and I'm facing a problem with the maps category within the app - it's just showing a black screen and not responding. I've also tried adjusting the map permissions, but that doesn't seem to be working either.

I live in Colombo, and it's quite inconvenient that there is only one fuel station available in the city, and it's all the way in Colombo 15. The other two fuel stations are located outside Colombo. This makes the app quite limited in its current state.

I really hope that the app will improve in the future with more fuel stations added. It would be great to see how it evolves and how it can help us save money.
