操作介面簡單清楚，原本跟玉山合作，買賣股票銀行自動收付很方便。可惜改新光的元富證券，要重開證券戶，扣款還要從銀行轉入證券戶才行，有點麻煩。

使用功能上非常滿意，與玉山結束業務合作雖然令用戶相當不便但仍然可以理解。

唯因保密協議遲遲不公布新合作券商，讓用戶無緩衝或預先準備（開新戶或撥匯）的可能。交易平台居然不重視用戶的交易gap問題，非常令人失望，假如未來又要換合作對象用戶不就又要在那當小丑傻傻等🤡

此問題若無好好解決，即使產品再好，用戶黏著度必然降低，因為黏著你們代表未來還是可能有這種問題。
