FUJIFILM XApp Reviews

Successful connection like playing roulette

pgib on

Canada

The odds of this working for you favour the house by a lot.

Horrible

Criffyred on

Canada

Connection drops all the time. Unuseable. Fujifilm makes the best cameras but my god are their apps complete trash.

Still broken

Fujiusermtl on

Canada

I think this is a record for a company’s lack of actual attempt at fixing anything. Every canned response asking to submit a form. It’s a Bluetooth issue, fix it.

Override video settings

yvr928 on

Canada

Like the previous app it overrides the video setting. My camera is set to 4K @ 24p and if I use the Xapp I’m forced to 1080p30. It’s an X-T3. I guess Fuji ignored criticism from the previous app.

Absolutely horrendous

omie5678 on

Canada

Used to use this app and it worked flawlessly. Then one day it decided to not work. Like ever. Honestly, with the amount of issues with Fujifilm is it really worth it? Just as they are consistently good, they are consistently bad. Unreliable app, defective cameras, what gives? Just shut it down.

Can't live view

Ke Nam on

Canada

I correct every setting but I can't connect to live view. Always unable to connect to wifi.

Fujifilm, get it together

emkzkwj on

Canada

I have tried many times over the past year to use both of the Fujifilm apps that exist, and the process truly makes me want to bang my head against a wall. People buy your cameras for thousands of dollars and you can’t even have an app that works? So infuriating.

App Doesn’t Connect to my X-E4

Tabsho on

Canada

This app won’t connect to my Fujifilm X-e4 despite working previously. When I tried to connect via Bluetooth, it asks me to use the camera remote app. When I attempt to do that, it also fails to connect and directs me to this app. My camera is on the latest firmware.

iOS 18 support?

Kazakhpai on

Canada

iOS 18 has been out for some time, still no support. App cannot connect to my X-T5

No iOS 18 support

BaDOAN on

Canada

Unable to connect to iPhone or iPad on iOS 18. Works fine still on iOS 17.
