Good
It’s really good and seems very realistic. I just think the payment plan could be betters and considering you’re paying 5 dollars a month there should be more than 3-5 new cases each month

Mycket bra spel! Önskar att en uppdatering kommer med svensk översättning bara:)
This is one of the best if not the best medical simulator I’ve ever found. The free cases are interesting and the real time progression of the patients condition puts a realistic time pressure onto the player. The graphics really do immerse you in the game as well. My only, and I mean ONLY complaint is the number of free cases. Obviously, keeping an app like this running requires money, but having 1 or 2 more free cases or maybe just a free trial of the subscriptions would be nice.

Bra och intressant spel
Excellent way to practice dealing with emergency room patients. Guidelines are very US-focused though. The list of differentials, lab tests, and treatment options that it’s possible to choose between could be expanded, to make it less obvious what the app wants you to choose, and to make more options correct. For example, ringer is often just as correct as saline, and you shouldn’t be marked down for choosing one over the other. The same applies to many antibiotic choices.
I’ve been using the free version of this app and I love it!!!!
You only have 3 patients free the rest you have to pay. ( i put 5 stars so it would bethe first one to appear) Its a good education game anyway youhave to pay.
this game is one of the coolest applications of ai as a learning tool that i’ve seen yet. you are able to have conversations with patients, offer acute tests and treatments, and diagnose patients. my only complaint would be that i don’t think it’s possible for patients to die, which may be nice for beginners but does take away from urgency/realism. also the free version has a very limited number of cases you can play with. if you do however buy the full version, you have access to 200+ cases in many different rotations (my favorite is probably emergency med lol). i’m a student, and this has only made me more excited to dive deeper into my future career.
Love this game! So does my boyfriend. The best ER simulation I’ve come across
