One off payments would be better

Would be good if you could buy cases with a one off payment rather than subscribe

Very accurate, very good to test skills and knowledge on no matter if your a doctor or just someone with an interest in medicine

Thoroughly enjoying the game however the prices, unfortunately are to high! Perhaps the lower prices? It's a great opportunity to put my knowledge to the test,except for the part where it's all American terminology. But other than that it's great just a shame it's to expensive, plus the limited free cases. Which gives me an idea, why not do one free case a day! -Or just make pro a one time purchase. Overall, amazing simulator!

Lovely game

I was maybe thinking you should try adding every case free. What about students who don’t have money to pay and want to learn but I love the game in general I wish you could have proper blood in cases and you have a section to stitch or clean or plaster. I wish you could have surgery mode and paramedics mode to make it more interesting to play and for people to download more Thank you

I love this app. Am a nurse with many years experience and am currently undertaking a course for development to ANP and this app has been fantastic for running through simulations and working on decision making , systems enquiries and requesting appropriate tests. My scores are improving and it’s a fun, safe way to learn. My only issue is that some of the terminology is American and I don’t recognise it. Minor problem though. Thank you for this app 👍🏻
