Description

The American Heart Association’s Full Code Pro (FCP 3.4) is a free, easy-to-use, mobile app that allows you to quickly document critical interventions during cardiac arrest resuscitation events. This app lets you focus on the patient without sacrificing proper documentation.

FCP 3.4 includes a user controlled metronome with an adjustable rate between 100 and 120 bpm. Now you can use FCP to check your CPR rate performance.

Using this real-time app to log your actions, you can improve the availability and accuracy of documentation of a resuscitation event. This gives you more robust data for review, debriefing and resuscitation quality improvement. FCP 3.3 has a customizable drug list, pre-populated with common cardiac arrest drugs. It also includes lists of common events and rhythms.

It is highly recommended that you back up all of your log files in your database and remove older versions of FCP before installing this new version. All log files and data from version 2.O and 2.2 will NOT transfer to Version 3.4

FCP 3.4 is for use by paramedics, EMT-Bs, emergency room nurses, emergency room physicians and other in- and out-of-hospital healthcare providers.

Great App

CGrilo6820 on

Used this app for ACLS class and then for a code. It’s an awesome app for recording. It sends you an email of the entire code. Times of start and stop for all events, cpr, drug admin, shocks, etc!!

ARCHAIC, and useless!!

Ventilator74 on

This app is one of many code running apps I’ve seen!! IT IS THE WORST. So lacking!

Other options do not work.

Warm and Dead on

Under rhythm and medications, if I click on other to document a different med or rhythm it kicks me out of the app.

Good for teaching, but….

p dub 813 on

I installed this on my iPad to try it out and can see how it would be useful when teaching, but why not anAndroid version too? Not everyone lives 24/7 in Appleland.

Great but need update

Marjorita on

This is a great app for tracking codes. I especially like that it saves your codes and the logs can be emailed. But it hasn’t been updated in years and the metronome, an awesome feature, is no longer working on my new phone.

Metronome Does Not Work

lauren_pix on

I have IOS 15.6.1 and the metronome does not work. I have deleted and reinstalled the app several times with no luck. It’s a shame because the app has the potential to be incredibly functional but I originally downloaded the app solely for the metronome.

Full Code Pro is junk

Hospital RN on

This is a useless piece of junk. The American Heart Association should be ashamed for endorsing this app. Just one thing that should be a dealbreaker: there is apparently no way to correct a mistaken entry. Returning to this negative review after a year or so , nothing I have learned about thisapp has change my mind. There are some proprietary apps out there that are much better than this but of course they cost money. WhatIs neededIs a good fr. ee app that could become a standard two across hospitals. It would be a major project but it would be worth it for research and quality improvement The AHA should step up and make this happen. But please don’t start by modifying this app. It is fundamentally junk..

Useless

Jonnie oy on

The app works ok. Good for recording the major events. The alarm suggestions in other comments are good ideas. Main problem is you can’t get the activity logs off your phone. FAQs say you can email them but there’s actually no option to do this. Maybe a lack of compatibility with newer iOS versions?? Looks like app has been abandoned by the developer. I’ve emailed support. No response at all.

Making a watch version

Hiskey22222222 on

If a smart watch (apple specifically) version could be created that would be fantastic!!!

Works great.
