Nên thêm chức năng: 1. KYC, như vậy người dùng không cần ký vào giấy yêu cầu bồi thường mỗi lần nộp hồ sơ => gây khó khăn bất tiện khi phải in thêm 1 tờ giấy, không thân thiện với môi trường (việc này app Bảo Việt đã làm được). 2. Nên có chức năng lưu thông tin chuyển khoản nhận tiền bồi thường để dùng cho các lần sau, hiện nay mỗi lần nộp hồ sơ phải nhập lại từ đầu, trong khi thông tin này hầu như không đổi đối với 1 khách hàng => mất thời gian.

Super buggy

Multiple attempts to submit claim via the app on multiple devices. Have uninstalled and reinstalled but still unable to submit. Lousy app. Is it intentionally designed to put people off from submitting their medical claims?!?

Loading and Cannot Log In Promptly

I dont know why I can log in. It has been showing me loading since just now.
