I downloaded because my boss uses it for her shop, so of course I downloaded it for labelling my items. Le sigh. One minute works fine, can create labels for hours, the next time there’s an update that changes labels, the next time it won’t print anything, the next time it labels for hours and the next time - the now time, it won’t load anything when I go to use labels! Doesn’t matter how many times I go to delete and re-download it’s still not working! It’s very frustrating 🫠

I bought the mini printer for my 11yr old for Christmas and he’s used it for lots of school prints and family pics. Now the age restriction has recently changed to 17+ he can’t use it anymore - please change it back. Like so many other parents this app couples with a mini printer that is generally used for kids to ‘play’ with and now it’s been made redundant and my sons been really upset that he can’t use it anymore. Should be a 4+ or at very most a 9+ app. It’s marketed as a child’s printer - common sense says make it useable again or I and most other parents will have to return it for refunds

It took half and hour to download for everyone else it’s fine but me, no it doesn’t like me it wasted 30 mins on my life then on the settings it was all written in Chinese. But tbh After sorting all that out it it was pretty good did what I needed. Also it did charge a bit slower than usual on the second time charge, but overall it was pretty fine and decent.

Please note that if your child is set up on an Apple family account they won’t be able to use this as for some reason it’s rated as a 17+ app. Given it’s a printer I don’t interstate. My daughter is so upset that she can’t use it on her phone due to the app age restriction.

I mean theres nothing wrong with the app itself, but theres really not that many templates to use. There are some categories where there are quite literally 3-5 things and there are others thag are pretty much just a copy and paste from another group of templates.

Not only this, but a lot of the templates are quite literally just blobs of grey that you have to squint at to make out what it is. Disappointment.

Its unfortunate that you need to connect the device to use the AI but oh well.

The final thing that I am going to mention is the age rating.. why is it 17+? Its litro just an app so I can print things on my printer, my parents literally had to change all of the settings on my phone to allow me to use it.

Overall, the app is OK but it could have had so much more to offer 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️😬
