您好，我收到了您的邮件，事情的具体细节是这样的，我在苹果手机上下载了此APP后试用了一下，后续就没理会了，过了一段时间，我的账户被莫名扣款400元左右，一查看才知道是此App扣款了，但是我并没有要购买此APP的想法和操作。这是被莫名其妙在不知情的情况下强制从我的账户中划款付费，对此我很愤怒。
    另外在我已被强制付费后，我的小孩想玩这款
APP的时候确无法使用，界面一直显示网络无法连接。收到您司发来的邮件，申请退款，也退不了。
    现我强烈要求退款，请帮我处理好此问题，非常感谢。
