Randomly will delete all your progress
I spent nearly a year in this game and spent a few bucks only for it to completely wipe my entire game and progress after a random crash. I’m on the currently ios and there was no needed update for the game, so unsure why the crash. This game DOES NOT STORE YOUR PROGRESS IN THE CLOUD. When I reopened the game it started me from the very beginning and logged out of my apple Game Center. When I logged back in I was still at square one. Super annoying and a good way to lose customers.

Game deleted all of my progress
So today 09/26/23 I was playing my game like usual and everything was normal I stopped playing for a couple hours while I waited for the things I was making to be complete. When I opened up the game everything was reset back to level 1 so I went to settings to see if it just maybe logged me out and I just had to sign back in for all my progress to restore. Well when I signed back in nothing happened AT ALL it still is on level 1 with nothing that I’ve completed. Granted I was only on level 24 but STILL THATS PROGRESS and I had accomplished quite a lot. Idk if there’s anything that you will be able to do to restore my game Ive tried closing the app multiple times I’m gonna restart my phone cuz maybe that might help I doubt it but I’ll still try. And also it kept telling me connection error so idk if there is something going on with the app or whatever the case is but I really love the game and I would hate to have to delete it because I can’t get back the progress that I’ve made maybe the game developers can help idk I really hope so. Even when I click on the game in the App Store it shows my progress it says I’ve completed 38 achievements out of 80 or something like that and THATS A LOT. Sigh I hope maybe u reply to this review and can help me solve this issue if not sad to see the game go :( Thanks Danayja
Lost game
I love love this game but tonight the game some how shut down and is making me start all over again from level 1, I tried to push the button that says report a problem and it does nothing. How can I retrieve my original game ???
support lacking
I enjoyed this game for the most part until I lost access after a device failure. Ive emailed the developers several times over the last year trying to get them to restore my account to no avail. Before this I also had a few instances where i needed to email support with a problem and had similar issues. Too bad. This game is a fun time filler that you can play at your own pace, and if you are willing to watch ads you can gain some bonuses as well.
Taken back to level one
Not I being able to get a good amount of diamonds without purchasing makes the game less fun. Also the lack of storage in the barn and silo and not being able to get saws and other tools take some fun out of the game as well
Virus?
This game crash my phone!!! Couldn’t use any apps couldn’t get on my internet couldn’t text or email! Deleted it and rebooted and bam phone was good as new. Shame because I liked the game
Nice farming, crafting game with special events
I’ve been playing Funky Bay for close to 3 years and have enjoyed it immensely. It has the basic, clear land, grow crops, decorate your island and populate it with fruit trees, animals and craft buildings. There is a submarine for under water clearing/exploring, an expedition ship to bring seafood, and other islands to explore. There are also special event quests of exploring. And there is a weekly regatta for competing with other teams. So the gameplay is all very nice. The problem is, the game seems to have been put on autopilot and abandoned. There hasn’t been any new content in over a year. The max level is 100. We previously had a weekly gift of which choices were given and voted on over at the game’s Facebook page. There was a dolphin nursery, now gone. The submarine and special quest events are on a cycle. It’s all very repetitive. So while it’s a nice little fun game, I would not recommend it unless you see that it has been updated recently. As of this writing, the last update is showing as a year ago.
