## Funky Pigeon Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "Blurry printing"
Very poor printing quality . Wouldn’t recommend at all. According to there customer services, my picture was a poor quality, even though it was professionally taken.
-- 0132stevev055, 2024-12-11

### *---- "App"
Doesn’t have an iPad version so app is size of a phone on screen.
-- user name 76543, 2024-11-27

### ***** "SO good!"
Decided to give funkypigeon a go after having too many problems with moonpig and…WOW. Ordered the cards on Wednesday 6pm and they came the NEXT day! Moonpig I ordered three days prior, paid for next day shipping too and it came late, refused to refund the delivery of my card too. Will DEFINITELY be using again! So chuffed x
-- gffgfgjthj, 2024-11-21

### ***** "Improved"
Much easier to use now!
-- Thoughtmail, 2024-11-14

### *---- "App is awful"
Constantly jumping about the sections when trying to design card. No keyboard showing when change to different text box, has reset and put me back to start of design so many times
-- xSarah14, 2024-11-05

### *---- "App review"
I have just tried to order three cards with gifts and on all three occasions I have been unable to complete the order. When you look at gift products or delivery options after selecting a card and completing the messages, the app does not allow you to return to the card you have selected if you want to look at alternative gifts without closing the app and you then lose the cards that have been completed. You’ve lost a customer I’ve used Moonpig instead.
-- bobking3961, 2024-11-02

### *---- "Basket failure"
The last few times I have used this it fails to add to basket. The website works but the app is all but useless now, please get it fixed
-- Raymond Donald, 2024-10-26

### ***-- "Bad app, good prices"
Products are fairly priced and lots of options to personalise gifts.

But the app is bad, I personalised a few things and went to checkout. When it came to placing the order the app crashed and I had to remake the items all over again.
-- Levi7687, 2024-09-22

### *---- "Don’t waste your time"
I’ve just wasted close to two hours trying to order a birthday card through this app.

First of all the checkout wouldn’t load, so I deleted and reinstalled the app, still wouldn’t work, so I then updated IOS and again deleted and reinstalled the app and now it won’t even load.

I’ve used funky pigeon when buying cards for a few years now, but I won’t be using them again given the time i’ve wasted today on it.
-- Anon010823, 2024-07-13

### *---- "Won’t send to NI"
These guys won’t send flowers to NI.
-- CruelBritannia, 2024-07-04
