## Funsized Fitness Description
The Funsized Fitness App was created exclusively for petite women (under 5’4”) who are tired of cookie-cutter workout plans that weren’t made for their body. With this app, you’ll have access to strength-focused workouts, badass coaching, and real progress tracking—so you can stop second-guessing everything and start getting strong AF.

These are the exact workouts I do—designed to build muscle, sculpt your frame, and help you feel powerful and confident in the gym or at home. Whether your goal is to get stronger, feel more capable, or finally master your first pull-up, this app is here to make your fitness journey actually make sense for your petite body.

Oh, and did I mention? You’ll get all this without drowning in cardio, starving yourself, or doing burpees you secretly hate.

FEATURES:
- Access short-girl friendly training plans & track your workouts
- Follow along with exercise demo videos (all under 40 seconds—because we value your time)
- Track meals and level up your nutrition without the food guilt
- Stay consistent with daily habits (and feel damn good about it)
- Set realistic fitness goals and crush them like the tiny powerhouse you are
- Earn badges for PRs and habit streaks
- Message Coach Kier directly for support, modifications, and hype
- Track body measurements and upload progress pics (aka the real receipts)
- Get reminders so you actually do the workouts you planned
- Sync your Apple Watch to track steps, workouts, sleep, and more
- Connect to Apple Health, Fitbit, Garmin, MyFitnessPal, and more

********* IMPORTANT: You must register on the website before you can access the app!
Downloading the app alone won’t give you access to any workouts.*******
To get started, go to www.funsized.life/app
or www.trainerize.me/profile/funsized
Choose your subscription, create your account, and then you’ll be ready to access workouts inside the app!
