## FurryTail Home Reviews in United States

### *---- "App does not work"
I just bought this litter box 2 days ago and the app worked for literally the first 12 hours. And now I can’t even login to the account. For the amount of money I paid for this litter box. I am very upset and hoping that the app will be fixed soon.

### *---- "fix connection issues"
i love my self cleaning literbox but as of recently my app keeps disconnecting from my box
-- mY NaMe wUs tAkEn, 2025-08-19

### **--- "FIX THE APP!"
I like the litterbox itself. But this app has been awful. It has recently stopped loading for me entirely. It won’t even let me submit any bug reports. This is getting extremely frustrating seeing as now I can’t check any of my records for my cats or on the status of the litterbox since nothing loads anymore.
-- Sammi_Kay, 2025-08-19

### *---- "App is awful"
Uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Never keeps accurate information even when it does work. Currently cannot even login.
-- Wilhelmpi, 2025-08-18

### ***-- "It works but…"
The app isn’t always responsive and I had trouble connecting the letterbox to the app, it kept on crashing as it was loading the letterbox details so I had to delete the entire app just for it to say “internal error” this is my second day having this app , the litter box works great and the concept is fine, but the problem is in the app itself and that’s very frustrating for the price paid.

### *---- "This litterbox is great, app not so much."
I’ve contacted support about my concerns and I hope to see some improvements eventually. The fact that I’m unable to change my region despite what I do and get no notifications. Nor see who uses the litterbox during the day.
I see that I’m not the only one with these concerns and more, I hope they’re fixed soon.

### **--- "Doesn’t send notifications"
App works okay overall but doesn’t send any notifications
-- Juno smells, 2025-07-25

### *---- "Device missing parts"
Received the furry tail litter box in the mail and opened the box to find out there’s no power chord or even bags included like the video on Amazon. Pretty silly they packed the device but no power chord was included. It’s pretty big so I’m frustrated I have to go try and return this
-- KayEK03, 2025-07-24

### **--- "Barely functional"
So, you wanna make the Status Indicator function actually work? That’d be cool. And do some work to make it less obvious it’s a skinned Chinese app. Like better copywriting, for one.
-- SirScruffy, 2025-06-27

### **--- "New user"
As a new user, I can’t speak to the quality of the old app. This app does not properly identify each cat. Out of 3 cats, it keeps defaulting to the first cat and does not allow me to correct it to the right cat. This completely negates the weight feature and the fact that it identifies cats at all. I’m going to try to delete all cats and add them again. The only thing this app is currently useful for is to manually clean the box so you don’t have to go over and push the button. It also lets you look to see when it is in use. It is underwhelming. I couldn’t afford the more expensive alternative, so it is what it is. So sad, I was really excited about the features that just don’t exist. The box itself works beautifully, the app is basically a remote for the box at this point.
