SCAM APP. They literally stole over $200 from me. They said they were making improvements to the app and would send leftover funds via mail and that was on APRIL 29. No money received. On several occasions, I received random notifications stating that my Future card was used for MTA rides. At first, I ignored them, assuming the payments were simply processing late. However, I hadn’t used my Future card for almost a week when, suddenly, in the middle of the night while I was asleep, an unauthorized transaction drained the remaining balance on my card. Like, who else has access to my card? Or is this company a scam and stealing money like this with this method? I contacted customer support and requested to cancel my account, explaining these ongoing issues, but the staff were cold and unhelpful. They closed my account as requested and merely said they would “keep a note on file,” showing no real concern or effort to resolve the issue. This was extremely frustrating and infuriating. My family and I will never download or use this app again. We can’t afford to keep losing money or wasting time dealing with people who don’t try to resolve problems. BUT I need to contact customer support constantly because they don’t automatically apply the correct points to certain vendors that aren’t on their list. Update : since I last wrote the review they changed the model so you have to pay an annual fee to get most of the rewards. Not worth the effort.
