I charged my car and FUUSE took £12.91 for the charge but also took another £50 now they won’t give it back and are saying up to 10 days as it’s ‘pending’ why is my own money pending when I haven’t spent £50?! I’m on holiday they’ve taken all my electric charge money so right now I can’t go anywhere not even to my home at the end of the holiday unless I borrow £50 froM someone and they put it on my card as you can only charge your car with card payment. Bloody crazy!
Yet another app for car charging, but this is pretty simple to download and install. My niggle is that after putting in all my card details and verified through card app when I came to pay you have Apple Pay as an option! Why it doesn’t say Apple Pay supported up front (if it did I missed it). Having said that the QR scan worked perfectly and my car connected no problem.
Very confusing app and even more confusing chargers. Spent 20 mins trying to scan a qr code on charger to open app. No joy and no charge. Very poor
£70 pre auth fee to charge. Absolute charlatans. Whether or not it’s refunded, I still wouldn’t try them as I’ve had preauthorised charges not return and I’ve had to contact the bank. Use Octopus Electroverse app if you have to use this outfits chargers.
Followed the instructions. Charger said charging, vehicle said not. Rang help number followed instructions, started charging, then stopped. Aborted the whole process and asked for a refund of the £30 taken from my credit card. Can’t see any transaction on the card yet. Don’t use it unless you are desperate for a charge! The charger was “charge my street”.
The app is written by an incompetent. On signing up the accept TS & Cs button is inaccessible despite having opened the terms. Unable to log in as a guest sooner these are taken over by a real company the better. NO PAY AS YOU CHARGE option. Clearly not a serious player in this market absolute amateurs. Compared to PodPoint or shell
Dint bother
Easy, intuitive fast sign up Worked well
This app is generally functional, but is very unreliable and unresponsive. Seems unable to stop a charge without physically unplugging the cable.
