Can’t get problems escalated" I don’t know if this is because 8x8 bought Fuze. My Fuze app does not receive calls fro my phone queue at work. My supervisor put in a ticket, and Fuze directed me to enter a problem on the app. So far nothing except Fuze telling us that it went to level 2 and now no one knows who we can contact for resolution. -- Cannot get support, 2025-08-21 ### *---- "Bad bad bad" This app is bad, dont let them fool you. My company utilizes this app and it always has issues. -- Ndjdndlsldskdm, 2023-12-22 ### *---- "Slow/Delayed" Super slow and delayed with answering /receiving calls. Sometimes you completely miss the call because of the delay. It also is bad with sending notifications (even if it has permission). When you’re calling or answering, the call screen takes forever to pull up resulting in an awkward answering process. I used to have a Microsoft Teams phone extension for work and that was much better but my new company uses this for some reason. Preferred Teams!! -- Allie H 1213, 2023-10-12 ### *---- "Terrible" Buggy, bloated, sluggish, obnoxious, and poorly supported. -- guymanstuff, 2023-10-06 ### *---- "No call notifications ever" This app absolutely never gives me call notifications. All I get are missed call notifications AFTER the caller already hung up. What is the point of a phone app that does not send call notifications to your phone? I don’t get it. -- Esquire0399, 2023-04-20 ### *---- "Using phone after deleted app" I downloaded the app due to the web not working. Deleted same day and following day calls from work are still coming through my cellphone even after I deleted the app!! I need this fixed! -- HR Employee, 2023-02-08 ### *---- "Too long to answer calls" This app worked great for years. Now it takes 18 to 30 seconds to connect a call when one comes in. That’s 18 - 30 seconds after you tap to answer. Too long. I’ve tried resetting the app. Deleted and downloaded new. Checked all settings. My IT will not help with the mobile app and Fuze will not help because it’s an enterprise account. -- Txssdad, 2023-01-31 ### **--- "Too Quiet" Unable to change ringtone to a louder ringtone for a louder environment. Custom importable ringtones by MP3 would be an amazing update -- Intel4Life, 2023-01-09 ### *---- "Ios 16" Since updating to ios 16, the fuze app is slow to pick up calls, dial out calls, and people think you are talking but takes forever for the phone to connect on my end which makes them think you are not talking. Lot of time wasted having to call back people multiple times. -- shougekinojp, 2022-09-29 [View all Fuze Mobile reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Fuze Mobile Discovered Keywords -
