The pop-up message keeps asking me to update the app and I cannot login in to the app. I have tried deleted the app and reinstalled, still not working. Please check
開唔到app
I provided my policy numbers for new user registration since the system couldn’t find my credentials. However, the chatbot/system still failed to locate my policy numbers which is even more worrying!
There is no response after click on the App
Same case here. App download is not working.
There is no response after I click and open the app. I try to switch between different network (e.g. WIFI, mobile data) but still not able to load the app. I even try to delete the app and download again from App Store but still no luck. I’m now not able to submit any claims..
Poor, cannot search clinic. 😫
Why have you removed a great claims app? Your new app is not customer friendly or intuitive.
以前正常d,但呢幾個月發現經常log-in唔到,入到去都load唔出保單。最基本功能都做唔到!
