Useless app
Unable to process anything
Tech focused but fails to put out working tech
They try to make the process extremely tech driven, but their product, especially the app, has an absolutely horrible interface and the UX is a nightmare. It’s close to impossible to login with endless teething issues on the app. If you aren’t well-versed with tech or have an incompetent architecture team, you shouldn’t even bother because you’re just gonna make things harder for everyone who’s trying to use you.

Your App seems like not so stable… 😡 How to convince people to buy your products… 🤷🏻♂️

poor maintenance of fwd app on apple ios platform
fwd used to be leader of its class when comes to mobile platform. this was back in 2019. since then, it is on sleepy slope of gradual decline Wake up
Travel insurance
I am happy to share that the entire process for my travel claims was easy and the claims department was able to review and approve in a reasonable time. Upon approval, the credit was very fast in 1 business day. Thank you FWD.
