FXCM - Trade Forex, Stocks CFD

I’ve recently purchased a new smart watch and it said to download the app before using the watch. I am not interested in stocks, bitcoin and the other things of which I don’t even recognise the names. The only Fourex I know is the Queensland beer!!! Can you please advise if the watch statistics can be stored on the app? Am I able to delete all the information about stocks, etc but keep any information about the watch. Or is the app only about stocks and other products. That would mean I can delete it. Thank you, Leigh Petersen

I’m pretty new to trading, didn’t start live trading yet. I’m using Fxcm through TradingView platform, as I didn’t like its interface. So far, didn’t encounter any issue. They do regular calls to know any issues about app and for feedback, which I think is a good thing.

the fact that i literally just made an account 2 weeks ago and have only been having problems with the app since. today i placed 2 trades and both of them i got locked out of for hours im literally still locked out and can’t login not to mention how slow and useless the app is “technical issues” is what they call it when you get locked out of your account and try to contact them for help but give no answers to your questions about what’s going on as soon as i can withdraw my money from them im literally never going back to using fxcm DONT EVEN BOTHER WITH THIS BROKER

The old version of the app was far better for me… this current version with its swanky new look, is clunky, slow, insists on having to logged into every time it’s looked at so I can’t use my phone for any other purpose without having to log in again to the app… & login is so slow!!!

Whoever designed this was high. There are so many bugs. Sometimes when I click an instrument to view its price I get logged out. Half the time it doesn’t even login properly. When I put the app in the background it logs out again. Bring back the other app, it was 10x better.

I got a mail from FXCM to encourage using this new version before, so I tried it a few months ago but I have stopped trying it since the template saving error was not fixed in the end (even now, it has not been fixed yet). The error was specifically about simple MA 1. As a trial, I set up high, close, low price of simple 20MA, save it as a template and log out. 2. After re-log in, all three MAs were already changed to open price basis in the chart. So, I removed all indicators and tried to load the saved template, but it was the same. The three MA were loaded in open prices. This is really annoying and as far as the error is not fixed, no point of using it.

They ask you deposit the fund, when you withdraw they ask for lots of questions hard to withdraw poor support system. App takes too long to open. Horrible experience don’t use this app ..

Useful app to place orders on the run, but My trades are closing unexpectedly. The daily P/L is shown incorrectly which leads to a spike of emotions. Thanks

Fix the app it’s so bad!!!

Can’t really rate the app as it doesn’t work well on a iPhone 14 can’t press back, can’t press daily intervals etc. Please fix
