Stop impulse spending, end doomscrolling, and nourish your brain with a curated Dopamine Menu. Your phone is costing you more than just time—it’s costing you money and peace of mind. FYSH (Fix Your Scrolling Habit) is the aesthetic, science-backed screen time tool designed to help you de-influence your feed and reclaim your life. WHY FYSH? Willpower isn’t enough when you’re fighting a supercomputer. Whether you are struggling with ADHD paralysis, late-night shopping, or the endless TikTok scroll, FYSH acts as your gentle focus friend. We don’t just block apps; we break the trance. Most app blockers leave a void. We fill it. By combining behavioral friction with a "Dopamine Menu," we turn moments of boredom into moments of nourishment. KEY FEATURES 1. The "Soft" App Locker Unlike aggressive blockers that panic your brain, FYSH uses a "Mindful Pause." When you try to open a shopping or social app, we guide you through a grounding breathwork exercise or an intention check. It’s the pause you need to refocus. 2. The Dopamine Menu (NEW!) Don't just restrict—replace. When you feel the urge to scroll, FYSH serves you a menu of "Starters" (like hydration, stretching, or petting the dog) to give your brain the dopamine hit it actually needs, without the digital hangover. 3. The "True Cost" Calculator See exactly how much your screen time is costing you in dollars and life hours. Watch your savings grow as you deflect impulse buys and avoid the "Add to Cart" rush. 4. Wellness First Design An interface that feels like a spa, not a prison. Designed for the visual thinker, with beautiful aesthetics that calm your nervous system while you hide apps that trigger anxiety or comparison. 5. SCIENTIFICALLY DESIGNED FOR: Impulse Control: Stop the "Buy Now" dopamine loop before it starts. ADHD Regulation: Manage executive dysfunction with external cues. De-Influencing: Block the apps that make you feel like you need more to be happy. Deep Work: A rigorous app locker mode for when you need to study or work without distraction. 6. RECLAIM YOUR PEACE You don't need more discipline; you need a better system. Join thousands of users who are swapping scrolling for living.
