## FYTOO Reviews in United States

### *---- "Order Accepted but they can’t deliver"
I’ve ordered from this company before, but this experience has been incredibly frustrating. Despite accepting my order and address, they now expect me to figure out an alternative delivery address because their chosen US shipping provider, GOFO, cannot deliver to military installations, federal government facilities, or PO Boxes.

I recently moved. Who just has a second address available? Where, specifically, was I informed before checkout that GOFO could not deliver to my address?

Customers shouldn’t be left to resolve a shipping issue that should have been addressed before checkout. Very disappointing.

### **--- "Terrible customer service! Really disappointed"
I have been a customer of Fytoo for a few years. Have been so impressed…until today. I bought three pairs of eyeglasses, they arrived today. All three were literally stuffed into a tiny box. Two of the three pair were badly bent upon arrival due to this. I emailed support and shared my concern and received this reply, cut and paste d from the actual reply email:”There is a slight bend in the bridge of your FT0968-02 glasses. You can apply a warm towel to the bridge area and then gently bend it inwards with both hands, but please take care not to touch the lenses to avoid damaging the lens coating. For the FT1663-02 glasses, please send a photo of yourself wearing them. We have included a small screwdriver with your order; you could try adjusting the temples of the FT1663-02 yourself first.” So YOU make the mistake…and your response is that I have to fix it? Really pathetic..

### *---- "Horrible don’t buy here if you want usable prescription frames"
Very frustrating experience with this company the glasses I received were much larger than what they were listed, and the customer service was horrible about and ultimately I had to go to my bank to get restitution. They would not honor their policy. In spite of photographic evidence of the frames on a ruler they still refused a return consistent with their policy.

### *---- "Poorly made prescription and low-quality glasses."
If you are a serious person who relies on your glasses for daily living—out of necessity—then this company is not for you. You have to wait an excessively long time—months—for your prescription glasses to arrive, only for them to show up with an incorrect prescription. When you try to contact them, they fail to provide a clear explanation of how they intend to resolve the issue; you leave voicemails at the company number, but they never call you back. You send emails, but you only receive one reply per day—and even then, the response is never clear. This is the worst company imaginable 😔; I wouldn't wish this experience on my worst enemy. Don't fall for it.
-- Tom Smithen, 2026-04-24

### *---- "Poor Order Visibility and Lack of Communication"
I downloaded this app to track my eyeglass order after payment, but my order never appeared in the app and no confirmation or tracking information was provided. I attempted to contact customer service via phone and chat with no response.

The only communication I received occurred AFTER I opened a PayPal dispute. The seller then asked me to close the dispute before providing shipping proof, which I declined. PayPal ultimately ruled in my favor and issued a refund due to lack of shipment verification.

Delays happen during the holidays, but basic order acknowledgment, visibility, and communication are essential. Unfortunately, this app did not provide those.

### *---- "App if OK...But..."
There's an option for previewing an eyeglass frame on a photo of your face prior to purchase. After this is done check carefully and see this little statement: "For styling purposes only. Not Sizing."

The company is not kidding. The pair previewed looked great. Ordered them and they were not even close. They were GIGANTIC and not what was expected.

The idea of simply ordering eyeglasses from this company may be a myth.
-- PlanetEarthKat, 2025-12-27

### *---- "Like an annoying Gaga song"
Badresponse, badresponse, all I’m getting is ‘badresponse’. Pretty annoying. Can’t login with facebook portal or even Google portal options.
-- Saveicarus, 2025-09-01

### ***** "very grateful"
They are a page with many lens options and I love them. Their materials seem durable and of good quality. If there is a problem with the lenses, they immediately do everything possible to help the customer.
-- mar0201, 2025-05-21

### ***** "Got 2 pairs with everything"
Quality is very high and I paid only 188 for 2 pairs with transitions oil resistance what else do you want you get everything I compared to other glasses online this is where you want to get your glasses one thing though if you don’t pay for shipping it does kind of take two weeks for the delivery other than that great choice!!

### ***-- "Something small but helpful"
Allow me to listen to my media aka music while I browse for my glasses.
Please and Thank you
