I haven’t been able to use the app in months. Every time I try signing in I get a service error. I’ve created a new profile, deleted the app/redownloaded it, made sure my phone was at the most up to date software and it still doesn’t work.

I downloaded the application today and it won’t let me sign in. It keeps giving me an error message and it does the same thing on the Gabe’s website.

I like the store but app is giving me a hard time!

I have not been to the store yet but the app is basically worthless unless you are looking for a store. I want an app that I can shop on and see what is available before I go.

I signed up at the store and have been trying to get the app to send me an email so I can set a password and actually use it. I’ve tried many times, but it doesn’t work. I know the email address is right, because I get tons of ads in my email from Gabe’s. I was at the store yesterday and explained to the clerk what was happening and she told me that nobody can get the app to work and I should just save my receipts and bring those. Why bother having an app if you can’t use it?
