Dear sir it would be better if it would have more drama

Sir add more dramas and make it freee.

Literal money clickbait

Literally clickbait some dramas have the “free” icon on them but proceed to charge for like every second episode. So like can’t even watch anything

Needs work

The range of shows is terrific on this app, but the app itself needs work to make it more enjoyable to use. Making it compatible with chrome cast would be great. The continue watching function is a mess, you can’t delete things out of your list, it’s hit and miss as to which shows end up in this list, and sometimes it doesn’t continue from where you left off. Fast forward is also difficult as the button is very small and hard to move on a mobile device. It’s a shame because as I said, the content is very good, but unfortunately the English subtitles are at times truly awful

Video Playback not Optimized

I love GagaOOLala for it’s content and have been a satisfied, paying subscriber for a while now. My only gripe is with the video player’s limitations. Double tapping pauses and plays the vid, when I’d rather see the interface look like Youtube (fast forward & rewind easily by dbl tap) or with all the advanced features of IQIYI (volume/brightness, FF, rewind, etc all changeable while still watching the show). I hope you’ll consider improving the ease of playback in these ways. Thanks in advance!

Subtitles not visible and player is not great

Subtitles not visible on iOS 16. Player is not up to standard considering the price of subscription. No Apple TV app either

Like the content but the app needs improvement & bit pricey

Hi, I really enjoy some of the high production series and content on GagaOOLala. The other review was right, subscription costs $15 a month in Australia. $7-$10 would be more reasonable. I agree with the other review, the player needs improvement. A rewind and forward skip button is needed. An app for the Apple TV would be good. Also an option to pick resolution quality in settings.

Too expensive

Overrated apps. Video quality so bad sometimes keep buffering. Please fix it before many people cancel the subscription like I did. I had to cancel because of these reasons.

Video player issues

Hi Devs, really loving my vip time. But, what is going on with the player? It’s so unresponsive that it’s off-putting. Please: -put a rewind and forward (+5,10, 15 seconds) -put a proper pause and play button. -seek slider is extremely laggy, and doesn’t work unless you drag it for 5 or 6 times. -I can’t see any lock resolution options which is crazy. - please make the whole player smooth and easy to use. -please also make the search options more flexible. Please please try to improve these player options. Thank you, Devs so much and have a great day ahead.

Paid subscription but it’s still saying become VIP

I can’t watch anything as the system says i need to upgrade to VIP which i have but it isn’t recognized that i have. My phone is the latest iphone and the latest ios. i would like a refund since i can’t watch anything!

Small library and too expensive

It really needs to be cheaper to be worth it considering the very small amount of content they have, half of which is very old and all of their content is low budget, every movie, short film and series. I’m sorry to say, because I like the idea of this app, but you can find much, much better LGBTQ stuff on YouTube alone, let alone the rest of the internet. Now, if this app was like $5 a month, I would definitely keep it, but I enjoy low budget productions. Not everyone does though and especially not for $15 a month. That’s more expensive than Netflix with like barely a third of the library... I just got a reply from the developer saying their subscription is around $7 depending on the territory... just... ugh... do you think I’m lying? Or do you think I’m an idiot?? I can send you a screenshot of how much you charge here in Australia, and it’s exactly $15 per month...
