Subtitles

Subtitles don’t work, I can’t turn them on. I tried clicking on the section that should turn them on, but it just sends me to shows that have english subtitles (that i still can’t turn on) I looked on FAQ but the solution there must not be up to date with the new version, as it won’t work. Please fix it!!

Content isn’t bad but the media player is archaic. Still no fast forward or rewind, autoplay either doesn’t work or doesn’t exist

Got a subscription and it won’t work they took my money and I got nothing out of it

Can’t sign in at all

It literally won’t let me sign in and if I try and make a new account it won’t send my the verification email no matter what I do. Please fix this soon

I can no longer sign in

I’ve only had the app for 10 days and it was working fine until today. It signed me out then now when I try to sign in it gives me an error ‘The operation couldn’t be completed’. Another thing is that you can’t skip 5-10 seconds when watching a video like other streaming sites.

Fast Forward / Rewind ???

Is it even possible to fast forward or rewind on this app

Subtitles are not showing on the screen

Hello, I can only see half the subtitles on the screen, please fix it

I have a love hate relationship with my app.

I really loved it when I first got it and went for a vip membership it was BL heaven, but the last few days I cannot play a video all the way through without it stopping and having an error. On both my app and on Safari for my iPad, everything is up to date so it’s irritating to have to fight to watch all the way to the end.
