Subscription not active

I took the subscription but still it’s not showing the VIP access.

The subscription won’t renew

It was working alright till now. But this time when I am trying to do payment for my subscription, it asks me to create a mandate which I do, but then the app just hangs. I don’t get subscription and the help button on the app doesn’t work. I don’t know who to contact. Please get this rectified

Fraud

I paid for subscription but it still showing that I need to upgrade to vip ,I paid twice, they didn’t respond when I message them

Audio/subtitle mismatch

The audio and subtitles don’t match. At first, I thought it was maybe just for the show I was watching, but I tried others and the same thing happened. There is a lag between the audio and the subtitles, which frankly is very annoying. I paid for a VIP membership. I am hoping you guys rectify this error at the earliest, only then will I change my rating.

I complained my problem was solved it was my mistake that I was unable to login properly But there one more problem there should be forwarding button

I am from India and why can’t i make the payment using my visa debit card. I have tried so many tiimes

Account related issues

I paid the total amount and got the VIP membership of this app but after 2 weeks the app was asking me to pay again fir the membership but when I did pay, the app said that im already on a membership.... im nit able to watch any series and its like all my money went to waste

No OTP

I didn't get any OTP. So registration was unsuccessful 😤

Unable to register

This app does not let me register with my mobile number or email address. It does not send any invitation code to join
