The audio and subtitles don’t match.  At first, I thought it was maybe just for the show I was watching, but I tried others and the same thing happened. There is a lag between the audio and the subtitles, which frankly is very annoying.  I paid for a VIP membership.

I am hoping you guys rectify this error at the earliest, only then will I change my rating.
